গ্যাজেট্রোন-এর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার আগে বা কোনো অর্ডার দেওয়ার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তাবলি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
১. শর্তাবলির গ্রহণযোগ্যতা
এই সেবা ব্যবহার বা অ্যাক্সেস করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলিতে আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলির কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে আপনি এই সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
২. পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের রঙ, বৈশিষ্ট্য, স্পেসিফিকেশন এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য যতটা সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে আমরা নিশ্চয়তা দিচ্ছি Allow না যে এসব তথ্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে নির্ভুল, সম্পূর্ণ, নির্ভরযোগ্য, হালনাগাদ বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত হবে।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য কোনো অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করতে হবে না। তবে কল করে অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করা হবে।
তবে, ২৫০০ টাকার উপরে অর্ডার করা হলে তার মূল্যের ৩০ শতাংশ অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করতে হবে।
আমাদের পণ্যের ডেলিভারি প্রধানত তৃতীয় পক্ষের লজিস্টিক পার্টনারদের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করা হয়, যার মধ্যে Pathao এবং Steadfast অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ডেলিভারি চলাকালীন সময়ে গ্রাহক অনুপস্থিত বা অর্ডার বাতিল হলে এসব সেবা প্রদানকারীর পক্ষ থেকে আমাদের উপর উল্লেখযোগ্য জরিমানা আরোপ করা হয়।
সেই কারণে বড় অর্ডার গুলোতে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক, এবং এটি চূড়ান্ত পেমেন্টের সময় মোট অর্ডার মূল্যের সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে। এই নীতিমালা অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারি কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে সহায়তা করে।
গ্যাজেট্রোন স্বচ্ছতা ও নির্ভরযোগ্যতায় প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ, এবং গ্রাহকের পেমেন্ট সর্বোচ্চ সততা ও যত্নের সাথে পরিচালনা করা হয়।
পণ্যের মূল্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে(বাজার মূল্য এবং সাপ্লাই চেইনের উপর নির্ভর করে) । আমরা যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই আমাদের পণ্যসমূহের মূল্যের পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। মূল্য পরিবর্তন বা বাতিলের জন্য আমরা কোনো গ্রাহক বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের নিকট দায়বদ্ধ থাকবো না।
৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
সাধারণত ডেলিভারিতে ৩-৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে। আমরা দ্রুত ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করি, তবে ডেলিভারি সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে। যেহেতু ডেলিভারি তৃতীয় পক্ষের লজিস্টিক পার্টনারদের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়, তাই কোনো বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।
ডেলিভারির সময় আপনাকে পণ্যটি সিল করা অবস্থায় (ক্লোজড-বক্স ডেলিভারি) গ্রহণ করতে হবে। প্যাকেজ গ্রহণের পর অবশ্যই একটি আনবক্সিং ভিডিও রেকর্ড করতে হবে। পণ্যটি ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে এই ভিডিওটি প্রমাণ হিসেবে আবশ্যক।
দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, আমরা নিজস্বভাবে পণ্য উৎপাদন করি না; অধিকাংশ পণ্য বিদেশি সরবরাহকারীদের মাধ্যমে আমদানি করা হয়। যদিও ত্রুটির সম্ভাবনা খুবই কম, তবুও সামান্য সম্ভাবনা থাকতে পারে। এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে ন্যায্য সমাধান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আনবক্সিং ভিডিওটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত জানতে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত রিটার্ন ও ক্যানসেলেশন পলিসি পর্যালোচনা করুন।
৬. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)
পণ্যসমূহ এবং তাদের মূল কনটেন্ট, বৈশিষ্ট্য ও কার্যকারিতা গ্যাজেট্রোন এবং এর লাইসেন্সধারীদের একক সম্পত্তি হিসেবে থাকবে।
৭. অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক
আমাদের সেবায় তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট বা সেবার লিংক থাকতে পারে, যেগুলো
গ্যাজেট্রোন-এর মালিকানাধীন বা নিয়ন্ত্রিত নয়। এসব তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট, প্রাইভেসি পলিসি বা কার্যক্রমের জন্য
গ্যাজেট্রোন কোনো দায়ভার গ্রহণ করে না।
৮. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে, আইনসংঘর্ষ সংক্রান্ত বিধান ব্যতীত।
৯. পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় আমাদের নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন বা প্রতিস্থাপন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন হলে নতুন শর্ত কার্যকর হওয়ার পূর্বে কমপক্ষে ৩০ দিনের নোটিশ দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা হবে। কোন পরিবর্তনকে “গুরুত্বপূর্ণ” হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হবে তা সম্পূর্ণভাবে আমাদের বিবেচনার ওপর নির্ভর করবে।

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or placing an order through Gadgetrone.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Pricing and Payment
No advance payment is required to confirm your order. However, all orders will be confirmed through a verification phone call.
For orders exceeding ৳2,500, an advance payment of 30% of the total order value is required.
Our products are primarily delivered through third-party logistics partners, including Pathao and Steadfast. If a customer is unavailable during delivery or cancels the order, these delivery service providers impose significant penalties on us.
Therefore, advance payment is mandatory for higher-value orders. This advance payment will be adjusted against the total order amount at the time of final payment. This policy helps ensure smooth order processing and delivery operations.
Gadgetrone is committed to transparency and reliability. All customer payments are handled with the highest level of integrity, security, and care.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on market conditions and supply chain factors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the pricing of any product at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to any customer or third party for any price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Usually delivery takes 3-5 Working Days. Our aim is to ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery as we deliver goods to our customers through third-party logistic partners.
Upon delivery, you are required to accept the product in sealed condition (closed-box delivery). After receiving the package, you must record an unboxing video. This is required in cases where the product is incorrect or defective.
Please note that we do not manufacture our own products; most items are imported through overseas suppliers. While defects are highly unlikely, there remains a small possibility, and the unboxing video helps ensure fair resolution if such an issue occurs.
5. Returns and Refunds
Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy posted on the website for information on returns and refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
The Products and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gadgetrone and its licensors.
7. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Gadgetrone. Gadgetrone has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
